Nature Engagement

"As an Occupational Therapist, my purpose is to help people achieve a meaningful balance in their occupations. An essential element of this is maintenance and prevention, which can be achieved by utilising personalised toolkits to support their mental well being, much like a regular MOT"

Drawing on my own path with inattentive ADHD and burnout, I bring lived understanding alongside professional OT knowledge to support your wellbeing. My druidic path and deep bond with nature shape the spaces we share, often by the fire with a warm brew, where energy work, reflection, and practical strategies flow together. These sessions are for anyone struggling with their mental health, simply navigating stress, overwhelm, or even the early signs of burnout; those feeling isolated, struggling to cope, or simply seeking more mindful ways of living. Together, we create a personal toolkit that supports you not only in times of struggle but also in preventing stress, strengthening resilience, and reconnecting with your authentic flow.

To complete our time, we’ll create a draft engagement plan giving you clarity and direction while allowing space for your own rhythm. You’ll leave feeling relaxed, supported, and empowered to embrace the next steps at your pace.
