How's The Barefoot OT Different

The Barefoot OT endeavours to demonstrate and assist you in building your own toolbox of nature based engagement skills to improve your well being. Whilst providing a safe space to express and be understood. The sessions will be led at your pace, and together we will develop strategies and a program that works for you, drawing on traditional and clinical knowledge.

Non judgment - 

We all experience low mental wellbeing at some point in our lives. Some have the tools and support they need to manage these times, others don't and need a helping hand. The Barefoot OT doesn't judge where you are, just on how to get you to ther best version of yourself.

 

Collaboration -

While there are many established routes to becoming the best version of yourself, these may require adaptations and a graded approach to work for you. We'll work together to find the best path for you at your pace.

Together, we will take inspiration from your current lifestyle, aspirations and the healing power of nature's energy to build your program.
